Tower Crane Installation Services

Tower Crane Installation has been an area of strength for Forest City Erectors, Inc. (FCE) for over 25 years providing services on projects in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania.  FCE is proud of our tower crane safety record including install and dismantle operations for well over 50 Tower Cranes including climbing and tie-in operations.  Our field supervisors/foremen are specifically trained in tower crane erection and dismantle operations, resulting in the expertise we have developed for this line of work.  FCE values our relationship with numerous Tower Crane providers and has a long history of working well with their on-site representatives.  In addition to providing install and dismantle services, FCE has partnered with Construction Managers to provide full service packages on Tower Cranes including specifying, locating, providing ground assist cranes, rental of tower cranes and providing qualified tower crane operators when desired.  Our experiences with all types and models of tower cranes ranges from smaller self-erecting units to large luffing and hammerhead working booms.  We utilize a fully stocked tower crane equipment trailer including wire rope and nylon rigging, hydraulic wrenches for tower bolt tensioning, rated lifting shackles and other rigging equipment necessary for successful tower crane work.  FCE’s level of tower crane experience offers the owner and constructor assurance that their work will be completed safely and correctly.
