Precast erection work including structural and architectural precast is another area of Forest City Erectors’ (FCE) expertise.  FCE is experienced as both a sole contract holder as well as a joint venture partner for a number of precast projects of varying sizes and types, including parking decks, structural precast on arenas including seating risers, architectural building facade work including both standard precast as well as insulated stud wall and precast composite panels and hollow-core precast building work.  FCE is one of the first erectors in the Cleveland area to work with the Girder-Slab System (Girder-Slab Technologies, LLC) as a prime builder integrating Girder-Slab low-headroom construction with the speed of build-on-ready precast hollow core plank on structural steel framing for a local university residence hall.  FCE is fully staffed to estimate and manage any variety of complex precast projects, prime or erect only.
